Customers in the USA may cancel and return eligible products within 2 weeks of receipt without providing a reason, subject to the following conditions:
Unused & Undamaged: The item must be in the same condition you received it.
Original Packaging: All labels, tags, and packaging must be intact.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required.
4.1 Initiating a Return
Contact Customer Service by email (support@peakhealthhaven.com) or phone (405-253-5429) within 2 weeks of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and reason for return.
If approved, we’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and detailed instructions.
4.2 Preparing Your Return
Repack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals.
Include the RMA form and required documentation.
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label securely.
4.3 Shipping the Return
Ship the item within 7 days of receiving the RMA.
Use a trackable shipping method for safe delivery.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to damage, defects, or an incorrect product.
6.1 Change of Mind
Eligible only for unused, undamaged products in original packaging.
Must request within 2 weeks of receipt.
Refund issued to original payment method (minus any restocking fees).
6.2 Defective or Damaged Goods
Notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.
Provide photos or videos of the issue.
We will replace or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
6.3 Incorrect Product Received
Notify us immediately.
We’ll arrange for the return (at our expense) and ship the correct item.
6.4 Product Never Arrived
Contact us if your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated timeframe.
If confirmed lost, we’ll replace or fully refund your purchase.
6.5 Order Cancellation
Before shipment: Full refund available.
After shipment: Must follow the return procedure once received.
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless otherwise noted on the product page:
Custom or personalized products
Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., swimwear, personal care items) unless unopened and unused
Gift cards and downloadable software
Additionally, some suppliers (such as Leisurecraft) and certain product categories may enforce a strict no-return policy.
Refunds are approved only after inspection of the returned item.
Notification of approval or rejection will be sent by email.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days (2–3 weeks depending on your bank/credit card).
Partial refunds may apply for late returns or items not in original condition.
Eligible if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Exchanges for change of mind are permitted but customer covers shipping.
Return window: 14 days from delivery.
Refund processing: Within 14 days after inspection.
