Order Cancellations
Within 14 Days of Order: You may cancel your order free of charge.
After 14 Days: A $65 cancellation fee will apply.
Within 7 Days of Shipment: Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order once it is within 7 days of shipping, as it is already being prepared for delivery.
Order Changes
Within 14 Days of Order: You can make changes (such as updating options, adding/removing products, or adjusting the shipping address) with no fee.
After 14 Days: A $65 change fee will apply.
Within 7 Days of Shipment: No edits can be made once an order is within 7 days of shipping.
After Shipment: If you need to change the delivery address after your order has shipped, a $250 rerouting fee will apply.
Returns
Because of the size and specialized nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted.
If a return must be made:
A 20% restocking fee will apply.
You will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
The product must be returned in its original packaging and condition.
All returns will be inspected upon arrival, and the refund amount will be determined based on the condition of the product.
Refusing Delivery
If a delivery is refused and we assist in reselling the product, the following will apply:
A 15% restocking fee will be charged.
